Author and Vendor Terms

If you submit products for sale on Snipcask, you agree to the following obligations:

1. Originality and Ownership: You warrant that all submitted scripts, themes, media, and codebases are your original creations or that you possess all necessary written licenses and rights to commercialize every included component.
2. Malicious Code Prohibition: You shall not upload any item containing malware, trojans, backdoors, hidden trackers, obfuscated evaluation locks, or licensing bypasses. All submissions must pass our inspection protocol.
3. Third-Party Open Source: If an asset incorporates open-source components (e.g., GPL, MIT, Apache), the terms of those licenses must be strictly respected, documented, and compatible with commercial distribution on Snipcask.
4. Technical Support: Authors must provide timely, reasonable technical assistance (within 48 to 72 hours on business days) to resolve verified product bugs or installation ambiguities for supported items.
5. Commissions and Payouts: Snipcask deducts an agreed marketplace commission fee on every sale. Payouts are settled to your designated payout method once your earnings meet the minimum withdrawal threshold, subject to standard fraud review and holding periods.

🚫 Items we do not accept

• Adult Content: Sexually explicit material, pornography, or mature services.
• Intellectual Property Violations: Pirated, nulled, copied, or otherwise unauthorized copyrighted assets and software.
